Summary: Hi there, staff was great. We were in 219, directly above us was noise till early AM. Nothing big but dropped items on a hard floor at 3 am will make a light sleeper wake. Toilet didn’t flush without removing the cover and manually lifting the float as well. Disappointed with the hotel though the staff was great.

Summary: Wonderful 1 night stay after a very late arrival at the airport. Check-in quick, friendly staff at 2am! received free upgrade to suite which was lovely, very clean and huge. Beds and linens top notch and very comfortable, so appreciated. Breakfast included in some rates; it was the only thing that was not up to par with lodging. I would not pay for it if not included in your rate. Check out time very generous ( noon) and we were allowed late check out due to arriving so late. Would highly recommend everything but breakfast.

Summary: Room was nice and clean. Was there only one night for a sports event for my daughter. Restaurant/bar was horrible. One person working bar kitchen and service. Didn't have full menu and the food was not great. Did not eat breakfast there. Only issue with the room was no soap.

Summary: Check-in and check-out were smooth, but the room was disappointing. The A/C unit was broken and its cover detached from the wall; while maintenance fixed it quickly, we soon discovered a bright purple Narcan container—clear evidence the room wasn’t properly cleaned or inspected. The layout was nice, but the pull-out couch was unusable and the mattress needs replacing. The bathroom lacked basic amenities like shampoo, conditioner, and wipes, which was surprising for an airport hotel. Breakfast wasn’t included, and the on-site restaurant didn’t look appealing enough to try. For the price and location, there are better options available.
