Summary: The unprofessionalism and condescending tone if the front desk staff was beyond acceptable. The situation i was in was totally out of my control and the staff did not show empathy neither acknowledgement of the same while service delivery factorization was at its bare bottom. Lack of second elevator added to the issues with challenges going up and down.

Summary: I stayed for two nights and was not able to have my room cleaned because of an every two day work shift, which I was not told about when I checked in. I got towels from the pool area. Used the hot tub twice , which was like warm at best and the jets were not working .
