Summary: We arrived late at the hotel.The person at the front desk told me my reservation was paid for through hotels.com. I didn't;t think it was and had my card out to pay. An hour later. We were all asleep and the woman banged on the door to wake me up for payment. It was insane.

Summary: I would not say the room was spotless, but it was definitely much better than most. I didn’t feel the need to go around with a bottle of Clorox cleanup so that says a lot! The staff was super friendly and I did not really use any amenities as I was there for an event elsewhere. The bed was super comfortable, and I like the fact that you get a separate can for recyclables. I walked around the building outside for exercise and everything seemed safe and secure to me. The highway was close but I could not hear it in my room on the second floor. Overall the hotel was nice and quiet. I would definitely stay here again!
