Negative: Noisy kids were next door and allowed to roam the halls. Maybe families with children could be placed on a particular floor.

Positive: The staff were wonderful. Dining in the restaurant was convenient, comfortable, very good food and the staff was friendly and polite. Outside area was inviting and comfortable. Location for our group was perfect.

Positive: It was a great experience! Clean hotel, room and the staff is so friendly! My kids really enjoyed the pool, it’s not heated though! We stayed a night and loved it! Recommend it for everyone!

Positive: The bed was absolutely perfect.

Negative: The lobby smelled like spaghetti os and I could barely hear at check in due to background noise and the check in person would not speak up. Screaming children in the hallway at midnight. Huge family just hollering and slamming doors. Not the hotels fault but this family was over the top and should have been spoken to.

Positive: Clean great bathroom products and clean rooms . Great funny cleaning staff . The pool was phenomenal . Very clean.

Negative: For some reason we could smell cigarettes in the room and my son was very uncomfortable about it . The 2nd day of our trip the breakfast waitresses/ host were not informed about using the coupons for breakfast and gave all of us a bit of a hard time. They didn’t know how to use the free coupons and asked us to pay the balance . ( there was none, but it eventually was resolved) one of the Indian host who was serving us was offended when I asked her if she was our server and had a bad attitude. With that same attitude she said No , I’m the host . We did not appreciate that.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay and should have been told to make reservations for whatever, we plan to do.
