Summary: Nothing short of phenomenal! a deluxe property with everything you would expect, but what's head and shoulders above every other hotel is the quality of the staff. They seem to be hand picked, carefully trained, and caring beyond belief. Ive just spent a fortune on 2 rooms for 9 nights, and paying the bill didn't hurt a bit! Great staff, wonderfully friendly atmosphere, amazing food options, lovely pool areas. amazing gym......... Gripes? Not a single gripe!

Summary: Having stayed at the Four Seasons Bahrain a number of times we were excited to go back. Unfortunately this time it didn’t meet the standards we had come to expect. We were given wrong information at check in regarding the national day fireworks…just a mistake but a taste of things to come. The next night we had a male member of staff ring the doorbell 3 times after 6pm to tell us that there was a “new policy” regarding the mini bar and that he needed to take some of the alcohol. We don’t drink so no issue with removing the alcohol but we were left confused…we were not informed what was going on and the whole exchange felt off and wrong. When I called the front desk they agreed and tried their best to resolve it but knew nothing about a “new policy”. Generally the all male staff of cleaners, waiters etc give the wrong vibe for a hotel of this standard and price point and after this strange encounter I didn't feel very comfortable.

Summary: The venue and location was stunning and room was beautifully decorated. The main shortfall was the bathroom amenities. Ever since the hotels say they have embraced eco-friendliness, they've disregarded the luxury amenities that are one of the perks of staying in a 5 star hotel. There was some male reception staff who were lovely and attentive.
