Summary: Absolutely incredible hotel. Fabulous location. The hotel was so beautiful. Clean, so comfortable, had everything you could want. The breakfast buffet was so yummy. The gym was incredible and the pool had a sauna. I would come back here in a heartbeat!

Summary: Start to finish amazing! I’m a Four Seasons snob and this place is one of the best if not the best experience. Stay here if you want the best, it’s worth the little extra $!

Summary: Their service is extraordinary. When I need urgent Japanese translator help at night they searched all hotel and helped me. They could just tell me they don't have anyone to help me at front desk. Very impressed.

Summary: Not up to Four Seasons standards. Front desk were not particularly helpful when we needed advice on where we could buy a padlock. Room was not cleaned up to the standard I expected - dusty around the stationary on the desks and table legs/ below desks, around the kettle etc. Gym was not well managed - far too busy at 8am and no control over how many people or how equipment is used and cleaned afterwards. There isn’t that much ground around the property so also can’t rate that highly as such - it looks better in photos.
