Summary: Four seasons properties are always amazing but what sets them apart is the service which was unfortunately not up to the standard at this property. Service was slow and not attentive. However, after we pointed this out, we saw an improvement. We will be visiting again in the coming year so hopefully will see some positive change. Otherwise, the property is amazing the amenities are great and very family friendly!

Summary: Very beautiful hotel. Clean beautiful rooms. The only issues i had was the doors were not sound proof i could here it every time the room next to me opened the door or was cleaned, the other being that the phones in room were not working and i had to order from bathroom phone. I told them, but nobody fixed it.
