Positive: The staff were very friendly and accommodating . They responded promptly to our many requests. The swimming pool is exceptional.
Negative: The hotel restaurant needs some work. The food was mediocre at best. There is a sewage smell that sometimes enters the suites/apartments and that can be overwhelming. The sauna was not up to expectations.

Positive: The heated pool was so warm, we didn't even need to use the hot tubs! We also liked being able to swim from inside to outside to enjoy the sunshine. The fitness center had decent treadmills and good assortment of weight machines. Property was kept up excellent compared to a lot of other places we've seen in Tunis area. They were re-grouting one of the outdoor pools, and making a new cabana down by the beach. Seems that they are trying to maintain the hotel to best serve their guests. They had a lot of staff working, all were very friendly/helpful that we encountered.
Negative: The breakfast had a lot of food, but it just wasn't our preference. Granted we are Americans in Tunisia so I don't expect there to be anything except what is customary for Tunisians!!! After one breakfast, we felt the price was a bit high compared to the amount of food we ate, so decided to go elsewhere the other days.
