Summary: No words can describe this property, owners or area! The views from every window were breathtaking. An outstanding & huge property ... immaculately kept and everything you need provided. Christine & Klaus were superb hosts ... available for any questions. So close to everything made it easy to explore the whole area. We would certainly recommend this property to anyone.

Summary: The experience of looking out of the large living room and dining area windows or sitting on the patio/balcony with views of the castle in the distance cannot be quantified. Absolutely very, very special! Just like the owners, Christine and Klaus. Very gracious, helpful and responsive to all of our questions. This home is comfortably furnished and immaculately maintained; it was a delight to return to it each day after touring the area. What a beautiful part of the world! Trains are easily available; we actually went to the Marksburg Castle on the Rhine River by train for a day trip. Klaus arranged for a taxi to take the four of us to Burg Eltz; Rose Marie, the driver, was excellent. Kitchen and baths were wonderfully appointed and bedding was very comfortable, along with the apartment lighting with remote controls. Needless to say, we highly recommend this "home away from home" on the Mosel River. We will never forget the views...just seeing the mountain and the river at the end of the day made us all feel relaxed and content.
