Summary: We were amazed and a bit surprised how much we enjoyed the stay. Exceeded expectations. Marina and pool were awesome. Grounds are very nice. Although the facility was built many years ago it has been nicely updated and maintains its original charm and character. Great getaway option for sure

Summary: There were ants in my bed upon check in. They gave me new sheets. The next day my brand new crumble cookies were covered in ants and had to be thrown away. They sent maintenance up with bug spray and compensated me by giving me $20.00 in hotel bucks. Terrible customer service.

Summary: The property is nice enough. People were friendly. Ideal if you have a boat and need a place to crash. I felt a little shamed for using a third-party booking site, and you cannot book a lakeside room if you book that way. The property does most of its business during the summer and it was packed the weekend we were there. Bring your patience with you if you plan to hit up their Windjammer restaurant and bar. Breakfast only in their Tradewinds restaurant, which is typical of the standard travel hotel complimentary variety, and not free on the weekends. The lake view from the hotel is pretty much a view of the huge marina. Locals say to give The Pointe Golf Club and The Rusty Anchor a chance, which are both close by.

Summary: Excellent place for visit with the family. Wonderful view of the lake and many options with a good restaurant and pool into the park. Excellent for long stay.

Summary: Staff were nice , helpful, and pleasant. Older hotel, nice ambiance, beautiful sceneries,. The room was musty and the hotel hasn't been updated in a few decades. Which gives it charm. The sheets are too small for beds but lots of pillows! Hotel grill is overpriced for food. 2 meals and drinks were $60. Coleslaw was rotten along with lettuce on burger. Nice pool area and patio!

Summary: While fourwinds itself was a nice place the restaurant left alot to be desired in the way of quality and price. The Wi-Fi was non-existent and there are absolutely no usable outlets in the rooms. Weekend breakfast was 1495 a person and consisted of items that are usually found for free at other hotels. While the bathroom said that it had a continuous vent it became almost intolerable in there while taking a shower. The bed was comfortable and the staff was very pleasant the grounds and hotel could have been better maintained and cleaner.

Summary: The view was beautiful and the property offered a lot to do. The rooms were a little outdated but were very clean. Spacious outdoor area with patio, pool, waterfalls and games. Only downside was our room had no hot water so we had to take cold showers.
