Summary: Staying here requires that you download an app and pre-register. The building itself has no front desk. We went in and looked all around before realizing that there is a check in desk across the street which still seems to make you do things on the app. Ultimately, you will get a numeric code you need to punch in every time to get into the room and scan a bar code to get into the garage. Was honestly a big pain in the ass.

Summary: Good place to stay, close to the ski resort and ski lifts as well as ski rental areas. The room was a little dated, but was clean and the staff was nice and responsive.

Summary: Some guests were very noisy. Pullout mattress very uncomfortable. The fireplace did not work consistently. The shower and refrigerator were both too small.

Summary: The staff was exceptional, and I truly appreciated their service, especially Iggy. However, I was disappointed to find that the hot tub was out of service for the entire week. I understand that maintenance issues can arise, but I was not informed that the hot tub would be unavailable either before booking or upon my arrival. Transparency about this would have helped manage expectations, and I feel a partial refund would be a fair resolution given the circumstances.
