Positive: I stayed at Fraser Residence Orchard for a week during my visit to Singapore, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The location is absolutely perfect — just a short walk from Orchard MRT station, which makes getting around the city incredibly easy. You're also right next to world-class shopping and a wide variety of restaurants and stores. The suite itself was stunning: very spacious, beautifully designed, and fully equipped with everything I needed. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered spectacular views of the city, creating a bright and airy atmosphere throughout the apartment. Cleanliness was impeccable. Everything was spotless and well-maintained throughout my stay. I especially enjoyed the facilities — the 50-meter lap pool was a highlight, perfect for a refreshing swim, and the other pools and the fitness center were also top-notch. Everything was elegant, comfortable, and designed with great attention to detail. In short, Fraser Residence Orchard provided a luxurious and highly enjoyable stay. I would return without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Singapore.

From the moment I arrived everything exceeded expectations. I was kindly upgraded to a one-bedroom apartment, which was a fantastic surprise after a long flight. The apartment itself was modern and well-equipped – every detail felt thoughtfully considered for both comfort and convenience. The facilities are outstanding. The gym is well-maintained and the sauna and steam room made it feel like a luxury wellness retreat. I especially appreciated the massage chairs in the common area – the perfect way to unwind after long days of work. The housekeeping team was friendly and kept the apartment spotless throughout my stay and their attention to detail was impeccable. Also a heartfelt thank you to Nurul (Senior Client Relations Executive) and the entire team – they were professional and genuinely caring. I felt truly looked after from start to finish.
