Summary: I always choose Fraser Suites whenever I’m scheduled to be in Guangzhou. From the concierge to the front desk and dining staff, everyone is very polite and accommodating. While some staff members may not speak English fluently, they are genuinely kind and always do their best to assist guests. You may notice that the property is a bit older, but it is very well maintained and kept clean. The location is excellent, with direct access to the mall and the metro, making it very convenient. There are also endless dining and shopping options nearby.

Summary: I accidentally injured my forehead ( hit on the edge of the luggage rack) and the staff were very prompt to help me get a premium Didi to the nearest hospital. When I returned to the hotel, they have removed the luggage rack and added anti-slip mats in the toilet for my safety and even gave me complimentary fruits and a get well card. Thank you so much!

Summary: I’ve been staying at Fraser suites with my family every time we visit GZ. The location is outstanding, attached to a shopping mall, direct access to the metro in a very central part of town. Besides the mall, there are many dining options in the area, and interesting places to go. The serviced apartments have been around for a while already but everything is maintained very well. It has just about all the creature comforts one could need. The staff and service are top notch. Special thanks this time to the manageress Kitty and our housekeeper Ms Cao Xiaohua (曹小花) who made our stay extra comfortable!

Summary: Conveniently located next to train station and connected to a mall. Everything is within reach even if one doesn’t want to move out. Fraser also comes with good facilities like gym and pool to provide a more balanced lifestyle. Happy to be back if visiting GZ.
