Fully furnished; LED TV and DVD/BLU-Ray player; free Wi-Fi internet; cable TV, safe box, and Iron/Ironing board.
We provide clean towels, hair dryer and bathroom accessaries.
Well-equipped modern kitchen; microwave, refrigerator, electronic kettle and basic utensils.
For monthly stay, I provide free cleaning service once a week as well as to replace the clean bed sheets and towels.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay very much! Nice walk to the BTS train. Next to the train station is an actual grocery store vs the many 7-11's. Sutisa responded well to our emails and texts and arranged for our transportation to and from the airport! This was very helpful. My daughter got very sick with high fever and there were pharmacies available close to us. We utilized every little bit of space with a family of four! The pictures looked like the place was bigger than the actual size and I thought the washer and dryer were in the room but they were paid community ones next to the pool. Thank you!

Summary: Here was amazing place for stay in Bangkok. I totally satisfied every thing. Clean, Location and everything near this place. If i go to Bangkok again, i will re visit here.

Summary: Perfect accommodation for family who would like to travel to Bangkok. It is near Victory Monument Skytrain (BTS-Sukhumvit Line) Station that would link you to the other BTS Line which is the BTS-Silom Line. Airport Rail Link Makassan Station that links you to Suvarnabhumi International Airport is also a short walk. A short walk to the King Power Duty Free Shop. Siam Paragon and MBK are a short taxi ride. Platinum Mall is a short Tuktuk or taxi ride but walking is better if it's traffic and no handcarry baggage. Right beside Century Park Hotel, the location is recognizable by locals. 7-11 convenience store is just few steps away. The condo unit is clean. It is accurate as advertised. It is complete with basic kitchen utensils, ironing board, safe, etc. The host Sutisa is very kind and helpful. She arranged our pick up from the airport upon arrival at 11PM by an Innova taxi whose driver is also kind and helpful, for a very reasonable fee. This same taxi brought us back to the airport upon departure. One night, the internet in the condo broke down. I just texted Sutisa and she arranged the repair by the service provider and the internet service came back after few minutes. It is value for hard-earned money. My wife and I have been to Bangkok many times already and we would always stay in a hotel. But this time, we were with our children because it was semestral break. But we could not be accommodated in just 1 room if we would stay in a hotel or serviced apartment, therefore it would be expensive. This was our first time to try this kind of accommodation. Real value for money! My children aged 12, 9, 8, and 5 years old enjoyed their stay in the condo, especially so that it has fast internet and videos for children. Sutisa was kind enough not to charge extra for my children. She even brought them crepes twice. It was a seamless experience, "smooth as silk", like what my favorite airline tagline says.

Summary: All the necessity is prepared upon our arrival (e.g towel, mineral water, hair dryer etc), clean apartment with 2 bed rooms as shown in the gallery, Host also prepared places of interest around the area. . 10 - 15 minutes walk away from victory monument BTS also can easily get taxi from the road side. Me and my family lived very comfortably in the condo apartment for our short 4 days trip. Will definitely come again !

Summary: The appartment is very good. My family live here 3 weeks. We have a good time in the appartment. We walk to the near victory mounment BTS everyday,and walk to Big C supecenter buy food, and shopping at Centralworld. Sutisa is a good host. If you have any question ,ask Sutisa. She will offer you a good plan. I will live here next time.

Summary: The host is very helpful, everything was smooth and pleasant. The apartment is clean and well maintained except for the drainage system. It has everything just like stay in your own house. Location is fine, 10 mins walk to airport link, 20 mins walk to platinum mall. A pleasant stay, Will stay again if go bangkok again in future.

Summary: What a great spot to stay in bangkok. For the price the place is perfect. Close to all sky trains that can get you to anywhere in the city, all the amenities you need are right there (7-11, massage and cold beers). The condo is perfect for 1-3 people and has great air conditioning. It is right beside the century park hotel which has taxis always available, and the best breakfast buffet possible. Summary: We (3 female travelers from the US and Gabon) stayed with Sutisa on our first trip to Bangkok and this was an amazing experience! She and Tom (her partner) are VERY accommodating and the apartment is very well kept. All amenities are onsite such as washer and drier, wireless internet and kitchen utensils...The rates were very competitive for a 2brm and the location was fab! Patunam wholesale district is right down the street and the airport link in steps away! You cannot go wrong with this choice! The building is secure and accessible from any area from theBTS stations. Please consider this option if you are going to BKK as you will be pleased with the options this rental provides. You will also make a new friend in Stutisa and Tom! Kop Khun Ka! (Thank you:)
