Summary: This was the second time we stayed at the FREIgeist north. It is a beautiful hotel and Appartment complex, breakfast is great, parking underneath the hotel and very beautifully designed (former Sartorius location where I worked for many years). However the check in was awful and a very bad start into our Germany trip. We felt not like paying guests but rather given a chance to stay at the FREIgeist. It was a complex and diminishing, arrogant experience.

Summary: Newly developed quiet and clean neighborhood. Simple but high quality modern, innovative design. Comfortable mattress. Adequate appliances. (You can't ask for more, but it would be great if there were lace curtains too in addition to the already equipped blackout curtains.)
