Luxuriously renovated (2013) ground floor rental of a villa, directly overlooking a large 2,500 m² garden with gazebo and PRIVATE ACCESS to the SEA;
Exceptional location and view for this 100m² single storey place extended by a 70m² exotic wooden corner terrace with a pergola fitted with motorized blinds.
The terrace overlooks the large garden and the sea with breathtaking views of the wild island of Les Vieilles.

Summary: This location is unique. The direct sea access to the swimming and snorkeling area is brilliant. The furnishings are high quality and well considered. You notice from the first contact that Pierre wants to give his guests an unforgettable stay. For a vacation on the Côte d'Azur we will always book it again. Absolutely recommendable!

Summary: If you are looking for a quiet spot away from the madness of the Cote d’Azur’s bigger resorts, Agay/Antheor is where you want to be. Beautiful beaches, great cycling along the Corniche. And as far as the property itself is concerned we could not have dreamt of finding a better one. Clean, spacious, well appointed with lovely furniture inside and out. The terrace enjoys full sun from sunrise to sunset and the garden leads straight into the sea. Both the owner and his agent are very helpful, and I must say that for a first HomeAway experience this was a real winner. Any future rental elsewhere will have a lot to live up to.

Summary: I am selfishly almost reluctant to review this lovely place, simply because we want to maximise our chances of it being available the next time we book! Practical matters first: this is a spacious, airy and beautifully appointed apartment. Neigbours above and next door are unobtrusive - in fact the only time we were aware of each other's existence was when they or we went for a swim, as the garden and beach access is shared. You have everything and more than you need in terms of kitchen equipment, bathrooms and (very efficient) a/c. Bedrooms are small, but the beds are really comfortable and we spent most of our time in the main room anyway, from which there are unbelievably fabulous views. You have your own beautiful terrace, although it was too hot for us to spend much time on it this trip, and a lovely outdoor shower surrounded by bougainvillea. For us, the joy of our own access to the sea and the glorious swimming/snorkeling/diving from rocks around the Ile des Vieilles, cannot be overstated. It's a justifiably popular spot and the island fills up with boats during the day, but this didn't dent our fun and we could avoid them completely by getting out before 9 or after 6. Take swimming shoes for the rocks, and snorkeling equipment for the thousands of surprisingly colourful fish. If you like walking, please, please explore the area of the Esterel. We did two three-hour walks from a few minutes drive from the apartment which were just stunning, and we hardly saw a soul! Pierre, the owner, is very friendly and helpful, and spends time here himself when not in Paris. The local managing agent speaks good English. We will be back! Geves and John (with two of our teenagers).

Summary: The house and location is amazing! A modern house with a great terrace directly facing the sea located in a quiet area outside of St. Raphael. The perfect place for a relaxing holiday, but still close enough for daily excursions to Cannes, St. Tropez or even Monaco. The house is equipped with all you need, also the kitchen. The sea in the area is see-through and the house has a private access.

Summary: Wonderful stay in Anthéor in a magical and quiet place facing the sea and the Esterel. The apartment is very pleasant to live. Its lovely large wooden terrace, where we could enjoy our meals everyday, has a stunning view of the island of Vieilles. The place features a private access to a small cove allowing you to go swim whenever you want. The proximity of the Esterel offers beautiful walks or cycling in the heart of this exceptional massif.
