Hello! This is our only vacation rental, and our goal is for each guest to feel at home here. We are world travelers ourselves and we cater to discerning guests who expect the best. Our 1500 sq. ft cottage exudes quality comfort, to include a giant 70" 4K Smart TV with satellite service, huge dining table that can seat 8 with three more at the breakfast bar, luxury mattresses in every room, tasteful leather and finely upholstered furnishings , and all that you will need to relax and enjoy a memorable time with family and friends. Four bedrooms (3 with walk-in closets) provide plenty of privacy while the open living room and dining area allows for a large gathering. Covered front porch with breathtaking views, the back patio with BBQ and private fenced in backyard will provide you many relaxing options. Our neighborhood is a little gem: it is safe, small, and immaculate. The pool and hot tub are just a 1-2 minute walk away and only serve our neighborhood. It is serviced daily and is family-friendly. We provide clean pool towels for you so you don't have to pack them. There is plenty of parking with a 2-car garage, double driveway, plus parking on the street in front of the house and in a spillover lot at the end of the short block. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you will need, except the food. We provide all the bathroom supplies you will need including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, etc. Laundry equipment and supplies are in the garage. If you need anything else, we try to provide these for you.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay here while we visited Moab and Arches National Park. The place was very nice and had just about everything we need. We couldn't get the main tv to work with our Dish Anywhere account, but the smaller one in the master bedroom did, so it still worked well. Communication was very timely and the helpful. We all enjoyed having a pool close by to cool off in the afternoons. Would certainly recommend this place - it was great!

Summary: This house suited our purposes. It was a great place to explore all the parks in the area. The grandchildren loved using the communal pool and hot tub at the end of the day. It was a nice quiet neighborhood.

Summary: Overall this property was very well kept, clean, very well stocked and easy to find. The home had more than necessary to make our trip enjoyable. The reason for the 4 star is because the girls (7 of us) in our group said that the beds weren't amazing and the frames even worse. We were there for a 3 day trail race and sleep was the most important factor for all of us. The king bed was fine and very comfortable, but the rest were something to be desired. Also, we had a hard time accessing the hot tub at the community site. The code would not work and luckily there were people there to let us in.

Summary: There's a reason this property has a perfect rating of 10. The owners/hosts are fantastic. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as it could be. They are super responsive and attentive. Communications from them is timely and quick. I give them my highest praise and the next time I need a place to stay in Moab it will be with them. Summary: Owners very kind and communication was wonderful. Appliances needed updating but worked and made breakfast there daily. It was very comfortable for 6 adults. Kids loved being able to go to the pool. Would definitely stay there again.
