This deluxe single family residence, features a master bedroom suite with a queen bed and an attached full bathroom with bathtub, stand alone shower and toliet room on the main floor. Washer and dryer, living room and full kitchen and dining room available on main floor. Loft is available as a reading or meditation room. The home is designed for guests to enjoy the peacefulness and serenity of the area.
This deluxe home is situated amongst red rock stone and desert landscaping with ample backyard patio space to enjoy the peaceful scenery in the area. The homeowners association does not allow renters to have ATV's or UTVs in the private neighbourhood so it is one of the most peaceful areas in Moab.
The home features a master bedroom with custom designed leather-like painted decor walls, with a queen bed on the first floor and French doors leading to your private patio with comfortable sunbed. The matching themed, spacious master bathroom suite is attached to the bedroom with a soaking tub, stand up shower, double sink vanity and private toilet room. A knotty pine desk with pull-out computer table and drawers with a spacious walk-in closet adorn the master bedroom.
The Great Room is luxuriously furnished with western style couch and oversized sofa chair with a cozy black pouf to rest your feet after a day of hiking or biking. An antique coffee table is in the center of the living space overlooking the large picturesque windows with spectacular views of the impressive Moab Rim. For winter months, a gas burning fireplace is available for your enjoyment while air conditioning is set for the summer months if needed. A flat screen TV and stereo system is included, just remember to bring your own auxiliary cords and adapters to hook up any tunes to your phone.
The Dining Room glass table accommodates four people located under an antler chandelier with a bench and two full back chairs. Two additional chairs are kept in the master closet. Two sliding doors with floor to ceiling windows exit to the side and front patio with patio dining furniture and gas grill. The kitchen is spacious with ample dinner and glassware, dishwasher, microwave, ice make, refrigerator, stove and oven. A powder room is available on the first floor and a washer & dryer is located in the main hallway. For some indoor peace and quiet, one can relish in the comfortable chaise lounge reminiscent of a room in Versailles in the upstairs loft with incredible views of the treetops and Moab Rim.
The backyard patio features a patio table with 4 chairs, gas grill, chaise lounge chair for sun bathing, privacy wall and two chairs off the kitchen patio overlooking magnificent views.
