Post Hurricane Helene Update: Newly renovated 1/1 Condo is sure to please.
This is a place to relax. We are located right on the inter-coastal waterway, so you can watch the dolphins and pelicans play at sunset. The beach is three blocks away. The SunCoast Beach Trolley stop is close by and runs from Clearwater to St. Pete Beach. There are paved paths for walking, biking, and running.
Our beautiful ground floor condo is located in a quiet and intimate condo building. We are proud to call it our second home. We have stocked our condo with all of the amenities you'll need on your vacation. The grocery store on the island is just down the street. The park located across the street hosts a Friday morning farmers market.
If you don't want to cook, there are plenty of local restaurants and bars within walking distance. Just leave your car in the designated parking spot and walk to EVERYTHING!

Summary: This was really an excellent stay. The condo was very nice and had everything you needed. It was close to tiki bars, supermarket, drug stores, restaurants. You could easily walk and it was within a couple blocks of the beach. Very nice area and we bonded with some of the other snowbirds.

Summary: Perfect location on the intercoastal waterway and within walking distance to the gulf beaches, grocery store, bars and restaurants. The condo is immaculate and has great amenities that were very much appreciated such as fabulous mattress and bedding, fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, outdoor swimming pool and gas grill. Would highly recommend staying here.

Summary: Location right on inter coastal waterway. Great hosts! Code access was easy & handy-no key needed, designated parking, view & access to pool great, inside was in perfect like new condition, kitchen & bathroom very well stocked, open concept, king bed w/high end memory foam mattress was excellent and very quiet for sleeping every night we stayed. Inside and out spotless, Reasonable price for a beautiful area on the island. You won’t find a better, more well equipped place for such a reasonable price!
