Enjoy awesome beachfront views from the covered porch of this gorgeous oceanside property with 2 homes. Only a few steps from having your toes in the sand. Surfside Oasis includes 2 houses with a total of 6 bedrooms & 6 full baths, central air & heat, dishwashers, microwaves, washers & dryers (in both houses). Relax in a lounger or at the in-pool swim-up table & enjoy a beverage while watching the kids swim.
Master bedroom has flat screen TV & inviting king size bed with French doors overlooking the beach & leading to covered deck. Bunk room has 2 sets of bunk beds, flat screen TV with DVD & an extra bonus of a classic arcade style video game (no tokens needed). Third guest room has king size bed & TV. Fourth bedroom is great for families with children - queen bed & set of twin bunk beds with balcony overlooking pool. It also has a flat screen & DVD. Wi-Fi & cable/satellite included.
Fully furnished kitchens with beautiful granite counters, extra-long breakfast bar with stools & open to dining/ living areas. Great house for entertaining with large dining table. Covered deck overlooking the Gulf of Mexico with 2 picnic tables & plenty of Adirondack chairs to relax. Deck has a gate at the top of the stairs.
Parking under front house on driveway with plenty of room to pull in your truck & fishing boat & still have room for several other vehicles. Second driveway located behind back house can park another 4 vehicles. Extra refrigerator available.
Outdoor full bath with private shower & dressing room next to pool...great for cooling off after a day of fishing or playing in the sun. There is also a foot washing station at bottom of stairs & charcoal grill for your use.
Pool is fenced for added safety. Front house may be available to book separately during low season or other dates. Please inquire for that option.

Summary: We were apprehensive coming a month after hurricane Beryl. Things were not perfect, but we expected that. The houses were comfortable and well stocked. The pool was very nice also. We had a great family vacation and would never let the little things ruin it. Some of the not so great things: the address on the front house is confusing. It says 402, but our Arrival Information says 403. Also, it says the lockbox to get the key for the front house is downstairs in a storage shed - it's actually upstairs mounted on a post across from the front door. A little frustrating in the beginning (plus it was hot and we were battling mosquitos), but we figured it out. Also - the back house is also yellow now instead of blue in the posted photos. The place was pretty clean except under the sofa of the front house. Looking for kids toys under the sofa and you find way more than toys. We expected to use the bathtub for two small children and the faucet water came out red/orange when first turned on. The back house had trouble with mosquitos biting us while we slept and also mosquitos biting the children's faces while in the pool. The front house balcony railing needs repair (not safe), the master bedroom door to the balcony would not open, and the gate blocking the stairs is falling apart. There's more but I expect many of these items to be addressed in the coming weeks as the owners are able to catch up on repairs. Overall, we were happy. It was a great location.

Summary: We used this property for our church's 2024 Beach Retreat for our high school youth group. It was perfect for everything we needed. We were able to divide boys and girls between the two houses, went to the beach often, used the pool at all possible times, and had plenty of space to do meals and Bible studies together. Thanks for a great stay! We might just be looking to book here again in the future!

Summary: Absolutely a fantastic trip. With the two houses, there was plenty enough of room for the 14 people we had. Couldn't have planned it better. Pool parties versus rip currents (this weekend), was a no brainer. I"ve never met so many people in one group who thought they had a chance of being a cantante. geez,.. Guess it must've been the alcohol talking. smile But seriously, everyone had a great time and left thinking about plans for the next time,... hopefully the same place. Summary: We rented both houses for a family reunion/ birthday celebration. The accommodations were great! There was plenty of space for the kids to play, and the adults to get “quiet time” if they needed a break. One of the major reasons we booked the place was the pool. While we still had a great time swimming, the pool looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. It wasn’t horrible but it was noticeable. Someone did come by to clean on Saturday afternoon/ evening before we checked out on Sunday morning….didn’t really help us but the next guests got a good clean pool :) We also had an issue with the fan not working in the room my husband & I stayed in, in the “back house”(roadside). This was a little uncomfortable at night as the room got stuffy with the door closed. I let the property manager know and she told us a handyman would come out. But no one ever showed up. Other than these little issues, everything else was great. My family really enjoyed the place and we will definitely keep place in mind in the future.

Summary: Convenience of two beach homes with a pool was excellent. We had plenty of room for our family of 13 to spread out, play and gather for meals. A huge plus was being able to enjoy and relax at the pool after a day at the beach. Outdoor showers and bathroom were another great convenience... especially with small children. We enjoyed this Surfside Beach stay and wouldn't hesitate to come back in the future.

Summary: My sisters and I had great time on our girls trip with our daughters. The house was spacious enough for all of us and the pool made our trip so much fun! The beach is just a few blocks down, within walking distance. It was nice to sit out on the deck a look at the water. You will not be disappointed!
