Summary: The apartment was perfect for our football weekend. It is so easy to get to the Bank of America stadium and brunch at a nearby sports bar. It was a little tricky getting the key, but the leasing office was open and helped us out. The instructions from the company need to be clearer but the 24/7 virtual service was helpful. I suggest you take Elevators 1 and 2 because it is in the visitor parking garage. Parking was simple BTW.

Summary: I loved staying here!! The location was perfect and was right in uptown Charlotte; such a great view and place, especially for the price. The instructions and directions they give you to check in are incredibly detailed with pictures of where to go, which helped so much because the process would be a bit confusing without the pictures. I did have to wait for my room to be ready once I got there, and there was no one at the concierge desk so I had to call and wait while everything was figured out. However, my call was answered and the person who I talked to was extremely helpful and everyone was so nice. Since I had to wait about 40 minutes, they gave me an extra hour to check out on the day I left. I had a couple of questions throughout my stay and so I emailed the contact email provided and was always met with a helpful response incredibly quickly. I understand things happen sometimes; this place quickly fixed the issue and I had a great time. Will definitely be rebooking if I ever need a place to stay in Charlotte!

Summary: Place was awesome! I travel a lot for work and this was my first time not staying in an actual hotel so I wasn’t sure how it would be. The process was quick and easy and the building is safe and quiet. I will be using this service again.

Summary: Our stay was outstanding! My son and I took a mini vaca for 5 nights and wanted to stay close to city center. The building is brand new, wonderful amenities, large apartments that were so quiet! We had a single bedroom apartment with a large bathroom and full kitchen. The unit was extremely clean and well maintained. We were in walking distance to Bank of America Stadium and Spectrum center, as well as many delicious restaurants. Also in walking distance to a grocery store and pharmacy. My only wish for the unit itself would be for a bigger more comfortable couch or second chair. The bed was decent. Make sure to check out the rooftop!

Summary: Came down to see an NFL game and wanted to be able to walk to the stadium. The room was awesome, clean and comfortable. We would most likely do this again.

Summary: We thought the apartment was lovely. The owner left very clear instructions for how to park, find, and enter the apartment. The balcony has a pretty little atrium community area that it overlooks. Peaceful place, and excellently located.

Summary: The apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable and beautiful. It was easy to find, parking was great after I figured it out. It was farther away from some of the downtown restaurants and nightlife than I would have liked. But I would totally stay here again. In fact I am working on that right now.
