The Space:
Our two-bedroom apartment is furnished with two queen beds and has everything you & your guests need to enjoy your stay in Pittsburgh! In the kitchen, you'll find beautiful appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and basic cookware to cook simple meals for a cozy night in! There's free WiFi! A washer and dryer are also available inside the apartment for your convenience. The controlled access, historic building displays 1890s architecture on the exterior, an abundance of natural light on the interior, along with exposed brick, beams, columns, and painted wood ceilings.

One parking spot is provided in a covered parking garage. The garage entrance is tight and may only accommodate one very compact vehicle. Street parking may also be available.

Our studio and 1 bedroom stays come standard with 3 towels and washcloths and our 2 bedroom stays come with 2 towels and 2 washcloths in each.

Anything in the apartment is yours to use. Make yourself at home once you arrive. We do not provide any tv cable or streaming services. However, we do offer Roku TV's with apps like Netflix, Prime, Hulu, and more! Feel free to log into the apps with your own login and enjoy!

Guest Access:
You can access the building anytime after 4pm by using the lockbox to obtain the keys & garage items. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Our home is not baby-proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion.

The Neighborhood:
The North Side is full of impressive architecture and is located across from the strip district. If you love history, take a walk through the beautiful Mexican War Streets or check out the Victorian houses in Deutschtown. You're away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown city life but it's just across the bridge and would only take minutes. The Andy Warhol Museum is a quick 15 minute walk and you can walk to PNC Park in 20 minutes. Heinz Field isn't much further and will be a quick 10 minute ride. Allegheny General Hospital is just a mile away. You won't need to go far for anything you're looking to do in Pittsburgh.

Getting Around:
Public transportation & Uber is easily accessible given the popular location. Easy access to I-579 makes getting to downtown a breeze. Healthy Ride rental bikes is located right across the street.

Checkout is at 10 am. We offer a complimentary extension to 11 am as long as you request it 24 hours before your scheduled departure. Looking for more time? The latest we can accommodate is 1 pm at $25/per every hour needed.

Our stays have occupancy limitations created around local and state ordinances. It is our guest’s responsibility to abide by these ordinances; failing to do so could result in legal consequences. Before booking your reservation, please note the occupancy limit listed sometimes does not align with the number of beds offered. Please review the bed counts to determine if this stay will be sufficient for your needs.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or large gatherings. To ensure this in the most comfortable and least intrusive way possible, we use a noise sensor that simply measures the decibel level inside the stay; it does not record anything.

Interaction with Guests:
Most of our guests prefer to let themselves in with our lockbox entry system; however, we can be available upon request and are always available via phone call or text message should any questions or issues arise.
