Positive: The location was good and it was huge. I had a few issues, but they were resolved in a satisfactory fashion when I rang them (even after hours), so that made up for it.
Negative: I had a few issues (bed sheets did not seem to have been changed...). Also it is very close to the train line which can be super loud, so if you are a light sleeper, you may think twice

Positive: 1) The complex its self was in a decent location. 2) Two bedrooms and two bathrooms 3) Onsite washer and dryer. 4) Full kitchen. 5) Garage to park your car.
Negative: 1) The unit was located right by the train tracks. All night long freight trains would run and it was loud. 2) The neighbors were loud. Be it walking around upstairs, playing music in their cars, or talking loudly outside at various hours. 3) We had to launder all linens before use, they were dirty when we arrived. 4) The shower curtain in the en suite was disgusting. It had mildew and mold on it. Had to buy a cheap one to use while staying there. 5) Sink in the second bathroom was clogged the entire time we were there. 6) The unit could use a serious deep cleaning and some updates to repair broken cabinets.
Summary: Ok for the price.
