Positive: The location was a little far away, it may take about 15 minutes to reach the markets on foot, but as a facility, the bedrooms were nice, there is air conditioning in all rooms, apart from that the Owner was very helpful. I recommend you to try it.

Negative: There were a little too many mosquitoes, it can be uncomfortable when sitting in the garden, so we bought mosquito repellent from a local market 6 km away, I recommend you to do so. The internet was good towards the garden side of the building we stayed in, but not in some places.

Positive: Awesome villa with great yard, pool and friendly hosts who live in next house. Villa was really huge and has everything you need: coffee machine with capsules, microwave, dishwasher, oven, dishes, towels, sunbeds and umbrellas and even huge inflatable Instagram-ready unicorn for the pool. Also you will have big TV with YouTube and Netflix and nice sea view from bedroom where you will be able to see Athos mountain in the morning. You will have great privacy with private pool and yard surrounded with awesome green trees. Distances: 4 mins by car to center of Kriopigi or around 15 by nice walk to the nice restaurant. Kallithea beach - 10mins. We used to go to Sani beach which was around 20mins by car. Overall we liked the location because it is in the center of Kassandra and you can reach all places pretty quick. But you definitely need a car here. Hosts are really great here. Katerina is more than interested that your stay is good and comfortable. Thank you for help and great attitude when we had one non-standard situation.

Positive: The pictures don't show the interior very well and I recommend using more detailed pictures rather than parts of the bedrooms. Because actually the house looks better in person. It has everything you need - washing machine, dishwasher, etc. They offer umbrellas, beach and pool towels and room cleaning every 3 days. The house is located a bit outside Kriopigi and you will need a car. You can also walk to the center, it is not far, but the house is in the high part and has a hill. It's a lot further to the beach, I don't think anyone will want to walk that far uphill. Bees (not wasps) fly around the pool, trying to drink from the water and drowning. In 8 days not one has stung us, they are more annoying than dangerous, but still be careful if you are allergic to bees. Probably the only negative for us was that when it's cloudy there is no hot water, which is absurd. This needs to be fixed. I think the couch in the living room needs to be washed and the kitchen needs a deep clean. In one of the bedrooms, they complained that it squeaked annoyingly and uncomfortable. Overall, the place is very nice and I would recommend it. There was a dog outside, extremely friendly, who greeted us every day, we would have taken him if we could.
