Summary: The property wasn’t bad for the price. The people were very nice, but it’s the beds were extremely hard and difficult to sleep on. I called Hotels.com to try to get a refund at least one night and I never heard back from them. I have been a Customer with hotels for quite a long time And usually, they’ve been very good at resolving my issue. In this case, I just had to leave a day early without getting a refund because I never heard back from Hotels.com.

Summary: This modern hotel was very clean and comfortable. We stayed in the main building which has a lift, there are also two other buildings. The pool area is very well kept and there is giant chess and table tennis available as well as a small gym. The staff were so friendly and helpful and spoke good English. Breakfast was a very good selection and the cafe bar and restaurant served good food and drink for lunch and dinner at very reasonable prices. The room had a kettle and coffee sachets so if you want tea then take teabags ! There was a small but efficient fridge in the room and the bathroom had a good shower. We enjoyed two nights here but have already decided to visit again and use it as a base for visiting other areas of Halkidiki. Lovely hotel and super staff, what’s not to like ?
