WELCOME TO A WATERFRONT home designed as a lighthouse located on Frye Island, Sebago Lake! Sebago Lake is the second largest lake in Maine and connects to Brandy Pond and Long Lake for over 30 miles of exploring and fun. Accessed by ferry, Frye Island is perfect for family vacations with plenty of activities to keep everyone occupied.
The octagon shaped master bedroom with a high peaked ceiling is located on the second floor. It has an attached full bathroom with newer bathtub/shower and a slider door to the catwalk which has a spectacular unobstructed view of the lake. Two other bedrooms and full bathroom are located on the 1st floor. A separate loft (the size of a large bedroom) with narrow stairs is located on the second floor featuring two skylights and an octagon stained glass window. The kitchen is fully equipped. The deck overlooks the lake, perfect for outdoor dining and is attached to a side covered porch.
The property is located on the quiet east side of Frye Island with beautiful morning sunrises to late afternoon sun. Walk or drive to the general store/restaurant for ice cream, supplies or dinner. Visit the nine hole public golf course with club house & Leisure Lounge or the plentiful town beaches. Relaxation at its best, memories for a lifetime!

Summary: Beautiful location! Celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary with our family ❤️. The island is very quaint. The property set perfect for sunrises and the blue super moon was stunning! The Anson’s are great people. We love the house, deck and access to the lake. We will return!

Summary: We had a great time on Frye Island from boating , golfing , pickle ball, basketball and even a whiffle ball game with our grand kids. We loved having dinner and drinks at the Frye Island Cafe. We loved the layout of our rental cabin that looks like a light house and use of their dock and mooring for our rental pontoon boat. Our entire family had a great time.

Summary: Perched on the shore of Frye Island this beautiful home is great for family gatherings. The views from the deck are amazing as is the swimming from the dock. Lots of space for cooking and eating in the kitchen. Perfect spot. Owners are very helpful and generous.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at Elizabeth and Kent's "lighthouse house"! We vacation every year with our friends and their two children on Sebago Lake. We decided to try Frye Island this year and we were not disappointed. It is a great house and property with a lot of features and amenities! To name a few that were unexpected and appreciated - second refrigerator downstairs, single float for the lake, life jacket for kids, golf clubs (we didnt use them though as no one golfs), adult bikes/kid bikes, and a big grill! The location was ideal as it was close to the cafe/store/ferry. We had a wonderful vacation!!

Summary: Our family just returned from a fabulous week at the “lighthouse”. The views were spectacular. We spent most of the days enjoying our boat rental on the lake. Elizabeth and Kent were fantastic and were available for any questions or problems we had.

Summary: The lighthouse exceeded out expectations and I really have nothing bad to say. Elizabeth and Kent were great and the house was comfortable and served us well. The stairs proved to be quite a workout but we expected that going in. The only suggestion I would make would be to add a ladder to the dock so guests can bypass the rocky entry. Otherwise, water shoes are a must if you want to swim at the beach out front of the house. Already thinking about a return visit in 2020!

Summary: The property was in excellent condition, very clean, very easy to use all of the appliances, the kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed and the family was comfortable sleeping in the 3 rooms.
