Summary: Host Was wonderful, attentive and helpful? Place was perfect, quiet. Exactly what we were looking for There was a problem with the people living upstairs & the noise at night made hard for us to get to sleep. Apparently, you can hear every word etc they're talking about. They were not disruptive, they were not being rude just there. Walking around around and talking could be heard in the bedroom too easily. no ones fault

Summary: The location was great: by car, very easy access to Narragansett/ beaches, Providence, Block Island Ferry. We met a very friendly/ helpful person who was doing pre-arrival cleaning (we got there early). Pictures are more crisp than reality, and don’t reflect current state of disrepair but still a comfortable, safe place to stay. NOTE: It’s a downstairs apt and pretty noisy at night Re: we REALLY heard people walking above and their TV—bring white noise!

Summary: This apartment was wonderful for our family. It was clean, cozy and it was in a great location for our family. The privacy was great and yet it was so conveniently located. The owners were fantastic and greeted us with warm hospitality. We would definitely recommend this area.
