The KC Loft is a 500 sq ft retreat constructed in 2015 in Rossland. The Loft is an open concept design for two adults that is fully furnished with a queen bed, full kitchen, laundry, and a full bathroom. Garage parking is available for secure storage for skis and bikes. The Loft is separate from the main house and has a private entry accessed from a set of stairs. Three large windows provide natural light and outstanding views of the valley. We are well situated in Rossland: The ski hill is a 5 minute drive away, a walk into downtown is 10 minutes, and mountain bike and hiking trails trails are right outside the door. Please note that we are strictly a short term rental and do not offer seasonal or long term rentals. (As per Rossland bylaws the Loft is licensed for two adults, has off street parking for 2 vehicles. 2023 Business licence 4755).

Summary: This is an immaculately appointed apartment within 5-10 minutes walk of downtown Rossland and an easy drive to Red Mountain. Ideal for a couple. It’s not big but it feels like a real home and has everything you need . Great hosts.

Summary: Hosts Cathy and Julian have put a lot of thought and effort into making this a nice VRBO rental - and it shows. The unit is beautifully appointed, with everything you need. Walkable to Rossland shops and restaurants, a very easy drive to the ski mountain, and indoor parking so no cleaning snow off your car. Welcoming hosts, great communication, I highly recommend this rental!

Summary: Very comfortable and well located. Walk to restaurants and the greenspace. Nicely equipped kitchen. Bright and airy. Cathy left us coffee, cookies, chocolate and a loaf of marvelous bread. Highly recommended.

Summary: My husband and I spent several nights and really enjoyed staying here. It’s decor is very stylish , the kitchen has everything (including a salad spinner ) plus it came with some really good chocolate treats . I walked from town , I walked the KC trail and it’s an easy drive to ski hill . Last but not least , the owner Cathy was very helpful . Oh yes ,,quiet neighborhood!

Summary: My wife and I recently spent 9 nights at Cathy/Julian's gorgeous loft studio in Rossland, B.C. It was a delight to wake in the morning to sunlight streaming into the loft from the east-facing windows. The nine- to ten-foot ceiling adds a sense of spaciousness to the studio. The loft is equipped with high-end appliances (washer/dryer, dishwasher, convection oven, microwave) and high-end bathroom fixtures. Cathy/Julian were delightful as hosts. We highly recommend this property.

Summary: Great place to stay for 2 people if you are in Rossland. The kitchen is really well equipped with everything you can ask for and the place itself is modern and updated. The place was spotless and the hosts also added a little extra to make us welcome such as a box of cookies from the local bakery and coffee from the local roastery. Super friendly and very considerate hosts. We also parked in the heated garage and had ample space to store our skiing gear. Would definitely stay here again!

Summary: Beautiful suite. Cathy was an excellent host- really appreciated all the extra little touches -the only downside was lack of outdoor patio space to appreciate the magnificent valley view. Overall highly recommended.
