In the heart of the historic center, on the owl route (pedestrian tourist route), come and put your bags in our charming studio "Belle Epoque" completely renovated.
Located in the protected sector, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, once your car is parked in the secure car park at the foot of the building, you will visit all of Dijon's tourist attractions on foot.
Our studio is classified 2 stars by Côte d'Or Tourisme and has a private secure parking space at the bottom of the building and a high speed wifi connection. We provide free sheets and towels.

Located on the 4th and last floor (elevator to the third), the apartment consists of a large room which is broken down into 3 spaces:
- fully equipped kitchen (fridge, ceramic hob, microwave / grill, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, dishes ...)
- living room with a sofa bed and TV 80 cm
- sleeping area with 140 * 190 bed
and a bathroom with bathtub (washing machine and hairdryer)

Summary: Quiet, top floor with elevator (plus 16 steps), spotlessly clean, good heat, GREAT lighting from large window and skylight, and the hot water is really hot ! The kitchen is a little snug but has good stovetop, microwave, etc. Host Magali is wonderful, smiling, and always reachable. She even helped me tremendously with my suitcases and drove me to and from the train station. Best host yet ! The location in the historic center is ideal, especially as the old town is mostly pedestrian streets. The apt is close to a bakery and supermarket and lots of other shops. Wish I didn't have to leave ! Thank you so much, Magali and Olivier
