Summary: House was as described. Quiet area with lots to explore. Car essential. Air conditioning would be a nice addition for future visitors as the weather was very hot during our stay. All in all very good.

Summary: The villa suffers from annoying maintenance issues such as a warped gate which is impossible to close and lock and a strong smell of drains in a bedroom. The kitchen area had only received a quick wipe and most dishes and utensils were covered in grime, we ran two full dishwashers to clean what we needed for the week and wiped the shelves. One of the sun lounger is broken and a lounger mattress has a deep tear. We felt that the poor quality of fixings and amenities was letting the villa down, what a shame!

Summary: Being familiar with the beautiful town of Trèbes and the surrounding area, this was an easy choice of holiday home for us and we weren't disappointed. The house is easily big enough to accommodate 6 people comfortably and everything was clean and fresh. it's an easy walk into the town where you can sit by the canal du Midi and enjoy wonderful local food, and the local boulangerie is close enough for fresh bread and croissant every morning. The only small criticism we had was that the new fridge freezer is not big enough or powerful enough to deal with the high summer temperatures . That aside we would like to thank Maura and Kevin for letting their beautiful home in the sun and wouldn't hesitate to return for another stay.

Summary: Thank you for letting us in your lovely (well equiped) home. We had a wonderfull time here in this quite but wunderfull neighborhood. Appriciate the binder with all the extra information about the restaurants, places to visit, walking routes, etc. I would definitely recommend this place! Summary: We stayed for 2 weeks in the begining of July 2018. The house is good, and are placed nice and quietly, which we prefer. Trebes are a very small town, but offers the basic, Bakery, Butcher, Supermarket and a few restuarants. If you enjoy some quiet time, central placed, this Villa are a very good choice. I recommend this Villa.

Summary: This well-appointed gite lies in an interesting part of SW France - close to Carcassonne, the Minervois and within easy driving distance of the Mediterranean beaches. As advertised, the gite is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac of a residential area with secure off-road parking, and is within easy strolling distance of the village centre - food shops (including a bakery), a variety of restaurants and the Canal du Midi. The gite was clean and comfortable and we were met on arrival by the local gite manager with some bread and a bottle of wine. There is so much to do in the local area and our week passed all too quickly; we also included a day's visit to Toulouse by rail (TGV) from Carcassonne SNCF Station. (Tip - when visiting Carcassonne, including La Cite, park in the underground car park on Square Gambetta, which is just after you cross the river Aude - it is conveniently situated for everything and saves having to drive around the town). We would recommend this gite without reservation.

Summary: Super property in a quiet location on the edge of Trebes with a short walk to the centre of this beautiful town. Property has all of the facilities you need and is clean and well furnished/decorated. Outdoor seating area and lovely pool. Marvelous views over the vineyards towards the mountains. Very warm welcome from the local property managers and the owner is very helpful too and promptly repaid the security deposit. Highly recommended.
