Summary: What a beautiful neighborhood! Can’t say enough about the area and the restaurants near by. We were totally comfortable walking around at night. The apartment left a lot to be desired. The pictures are deceiving. The size was awesome, more than enough beds and while the kitchen was small it was enough. AC works great! It was cool to open the big windows and watch the people below. The place could use a really good cleaning, some paint and a lot of upkeep that obviously has been neglected for quite a while. The host wasn’t overly friendly but that may just be the norm. It would have been nice to have enough toilet paper, paper towels, an extra bath towel or more than one dish towel for the week. Over all, I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Summary: We really enjoyed the appartment. It was big enough for 10 people. There are bus stops and a tram stop nearby. The city centre and vatican are 30 - 45 min away, including the walks.

Summary: Large apartment with ample room and amenities. Is about an hour walk from the main attractions. Public transport is nearby we were just terrible at figuring it out and preferred to walk. Restaurants and cafe nearby were delicious.

Summary: Clean apartment with large bedrooms. Easy access to the main sights in Rome (Colosseum, Vatican) either by tram or walking or rental scooter. Our favourite was to walk over to the Tiber, about a block away, and rent scooters to travel along the river path. Around the block, we found an excellent cafe and just down from there was the best gelato that we had in Rome.
