Beautiful and refined 200 sqm apartment with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, lounge, kitchen and 1 delightful terrace, in the heart of Rome, 100 meters from Piazza del Popolo and 900 from Piazza di Spagna. Perfect for families with children and groups of friends and couples. Smart TV with Netflix, to watch movies and TV series in any environment. The house can comfortably accommodate 10 people, having 2 triple bedrooms and 2 other double bedrooms.

Summary: This apartment was one of the highlights of our groups Italian Vacation. The VRBO listing pictures for this apartment did not give justice to the true excellent quality of this apartment! The apartment was perfect for our traveling group of 8 adults. The property was in great shape and was well located relative to the sites we were planning on visiting. The apartment host (Maurizio) was nothing short of spectacular! In addition to performing all of the usual apartment host responsibilities with excellence, Maurizio came to our groups rescue when our booked transfer from the train station to the apartment failed to show leaving us stranded at the train station. Maurizio came to the rescue by immediately sending 3 cars to meet us and bring us to the apartment. Additionally, Maurizio worked the return transfer bookings later that week to get us back to the train station for our departure. Our Rome experience was an awesome one...thanks, in part, to Maurizio and his fantastic apartment.

Summary: Our family was super pleased with the apartment so close to Piazza del Popolo. Our arrival to Rome was a little bumpy with the airline losing all 7 of our bags. What a relief to find all the necessary toiletries provided by Maurizio, such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, razors, etc. That saved our family money and a lot of frustration. We loved the proximity to the metro, great restaurants and a wonderful cafe directly across the street. We had Maurizio prepare us his gourmet meal on our last evening and it did not disappoint. We all loved his cooking. The apartment is also beautifully decorated and very spacious....perfect for families. Highly recommend!

Summary: This property was not only spacious and comfortable, but well-appointed and conveniently located. The location very near Piazza del Popolo allowed us easy walking access to several of the must-see sites of Rome as well as abundant restaurants and shopping. Toiletries and personal amenities no longer provided by many hotels were present in all areas. Our Host Maurizio was amazing. He was attentive, responsive and helpful throughout—from early booking and communication to arrival and departure. His responses were always immediate. When I inquired about a chef cooking in for us one evening, Maurizio volunteered himself and it was delicious. I would recommend this property to all.

Summary: I cannot say enough about our experience renting the Flaminio property. The pictures truly do not do it justice, as the rooms are larger than they appear. We enjoyed 3 nights in the apartment with a group of 4 adult couples. We had plenty of space, the apartment was pristine, and the host was exceptional. The apartment was quite close to the metro station, which made travel easy. The building was quiet and well kept. There are several stores nearby as well. Finally, working with Maurizio, the property owner, was seamless. He arranged transport to/from the apartment for us and happily answered questions. He and his associate prepared an exceptional, traditional Italian meal for our group the first night in the apartment. I would encourage you to take advantage of this option. Maurizio is a great communicator, was always responsive, and helped make our Roman holiday unforgettable. I would highly recommend a stay in this apartment. Grazie for everything, Maurizio!
