Summary: When we arrived, we had to wait about 10 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk — no one was there, which was very inconvenient. There was also a very strong and unpleasant smell throughout the hotel that ruined the first impression. Breakfast was extremely disappointing. The options were limited to eggs, sausages, bread, yogurt, canned pineapple, tea, and coffee. There was no variety, and everything looked cheap and unappetizing. The sausages were clearly spoiled — we felt sick afterward. The canned pineapple tasted bad and was not fresh. When I went to request an iron, towels, and an ironing board (none of which were in the room), I had to walk around the hotel for about 5 minutes trying to find someone — again, no one was at the front desk. On the positive side, the room itself was clean, and the hotel’s location was convenient. Other than that, we were very disappointed and would not want to stay here again.

Summary: Was a decent hotel! Breakfast was a but disappointing: Toast, waffles, cereal, steamed vegetables, sausages and hard boiled eggs. Room could have benefited from a bit more cleaning throughout (i.e. dust, stains, hair, etc.)

Summary: Staff was friendly, I liked the furniture accents in the room, it’s a more dated inn which makes it unique! It was clean enough but felt like maybe it could have used an extra vacuum! Over all stay was good!

Summary: Stay was okay, toilet flush terrible, breakfast not worth, cleanliness good - amenities not sure - after checking you will come to know working or not and they will fix it.

Summary: This room was so nice. Large and very clean. Not sure why the poor reviews as it was wonderful! Beautiful comfy king bed, big bathroom. All the linings and bedding crisp white. Fridge, big screen tv and coffee machine with 2 water bottles and nice real coffee mugs! The breakfast was nice with 2 hosts making ready to serve waffles! Highly recommended! The staff were incredibly friendly. It’s a ways from the crowded Niagra Falls area but a less then $20 uber was a quick way to get to and from. To add was very quiet!

Summary: Lovely place to stay if you want affordability with all the perks. There's a pool and free breakfast every morning with super friendly staff who are willing to help with everything. The hotel is also super clean and quiet & don't have paper thin walls like in most hotels so you can fully relax in your room. Everything is labelled with how to use it. The only thing i think would be a little difficult would be if you are you are a wheelchair user as there's a lot of stairs. Otherwise perfect.

Summary: Room was a good size; however, it was dark. Pillows need replacing. Had to put a shirt over the cases before using. No outlet for charging electronics.
