Positive: Our apartment was a little smaller, but fully equitment. Parking in garage, small terase, quite during the nignt (if you close the window). In that small town you have shop 5min and some restaurant. And it's really good to take a bus to center of Brno (20min drive, every 15min, even during night every 30min). Bus stop 5min walk away.
Negative: During the night you can hear the airport which it's near, but only with open window.

Positive: The appartement is very nice and comfortable. The sofa bed was made for our kid and was good. The kitchen has everything you need and the terrace is a very nice bonus.
Negative: The only thing that is not perfect in the apartment is that it is quit far from Brno itself. about half an hour to downtown.

Positive: Very well outfitted kitchen. Nice bathroom and it was nice to have a washer and dryer. Lots of storage space to unpack for a five night stay. The bus to downtown Brno is super convenient, and have a grocery store close by made for quick shopping.
Negative: We were excited to stay in what appeared to be a modern and well-equipped apartment, but the experience fell short in several important areas. The “bedroom” is actually a small walled alcove just large enough to fit a mattress, with only a curtain at the foot for separation. It’s fully enclosed, aside from two small ceiling-level openings that seem intended to help with airflow—but they were ineffective, and the air inside remained noticeably still and stuffy. This setup lacked not only privacy but also adequate ventilation, making it an uncomfortable sleeping space. The fold-out couch in the living area was also very uncomfortable, so the apartment didn’t work well for accommodating more than two people. The terrace was another disappointment. While it appeared inviting in photos, in reality it was located directly beside the parking lot and fully visible from neighbouring balconies above. It offered no sense of privacy and didn’t feel like a comfortable place to spend time. Ventilation throughout the apartment was limited. The only sources of fresh air were a patio door and a single window—both on the same wall—providing minimal cross-breeze. When we arrived on a hot day (32+°C), the indoor temperature was 26°C, and although the listing indicated the apartment came with a fan, it was missing. We spent a very uncomfortable night before a replacement fan (an old and noisy one) was brought the following day. Even with the door and window left open overnight, the temperature only dropped to 24°C by morning—along with traffic noise. Perhaps the most frustrating aspect was the misleading listing. The grouped advertisement describes the three apartments as “fully equipped” and with air conditioning. Only by carefully reading the fine print does it become clear that the terrace apartment lacks AC and includes just a fan. This lack of clarity led us—and likely others—to assume that all units had air conditioning.

Positive: It's a nice fully furnished appartment with all big appliances. Šlapanice is quiet suburb of Brno that is easily reached with public transport - bus line No.31 gets you directly to Brno city center in 20 min. Host is also super friendly.

Positive: Simply said it is the best place that we have stayed in the Czech Republic. The appartement is new, clean, specious and everything we needed, from kitchen towels, dry rack, bin bags, organic shower gel and even welcome drinks was there. The terrase is very nice as well and the private parking place and the lift were very handy. Last but not least the host was very friendly and quick in response. Highly recommendent.
