Summary: The property is kept in top condition. the photos don't do the inside and especially the outside justice. lovely community close to restaurants, park, beach, boardwalk and shopping. . our family favorite was the backyard with pool and incredible view of the bay with a family outdoor dining space that was huge. we spent a lot of time there and ate almost all our meals there. this place doesn't disappoint and I can't wait to vacation here with my family again ..Joe was so helpful and available. Thanks again for everything Joe.

Summary: We really enjoyed our two week shore vacation. The view from the deck is spectacular and the pool and outdoor seating makes you feel like you are at a resort. The home is very spacious and can accommodate a large group even though we only had a small group with us. The neighborhood was very quiet and the location not too far from the parkway was also a plus. Overall we had no complaints!

Summary: This property is very very well equipped. The host is responsive and professional but at the same time very welcoming. The house handles large groups with appropriate privacy. The layout is fantastic. Overall, this property and host are generous.

Summary: Wonderful family vacation at the Brick House. The pool, hot tub, dock, porches, large kitchen and spacious bedrooms, beach towels and beach tags. A nice welcome gift of three bottles of wine on the bar! The kitchen was well stocked with spices, dishes and flatware. Ample seating in all community areas. We enjoyed crabbing which we happily cooked and ate a few times. The bedroom sizes were perfect for our family. The booster seat worked very well for our two-year-old though there was a high chair we didn’t use because it was missing the necessary straps. It was very nice to have the extra refrigerator downstairs for all the drinks and bags of ice. There are plenty of beach style bikes, beach chairs and tons of beach towels. It was very nice to use the large gas grill out by the pool. Things to bring…firewood if you don’t want to purchase it at the grocery store once you arrive, floor fans for circulation at night time as there are no window screens. It was always warm and stuffy for all but one couple, they had the only bedroom with a ceiling fan. The third floor had a small desk style fan but we needed more air circulating in that room. Face cloths if you like to use them. Dish soap for hand washing kitchen dishes and bath soap. There were a few baby/dog gates in different stages of repair, though the house isn’t child proof, many items were in reach of our two-year-old which we had to move to higher shelves. Upon arrival there was a hammer and another tool on the fireplace hearth, the hearth had one large corner broken off but the piece was nowhere to be found. It was wonderful to have the double sets of washers and dryers. Laundry pods were there and we were able to wash all our bedding and towels which was done to help out the cleaning people. The cleaners arrived at 10am on the dot and started cleaning the basement level, when they entered the kitchen, I offered the third and second floor to them since we were all busy moving around that floor and packing up our cars or whipping down the kitchen and refrigerator. We thoroughly enjoyed our week at the Mecca House on the Bay,

Summary: It was very relaxing and the property had spectacular views of the bay! Pool was a great plus with all family members. Dock was used for fishing and crabbing. Would go there again.

Summary: My wife and I spent a wonderful week with all of our children and grandchildren at this spacious and beautiful home to celebrate our 50th Wedding Anniversary. In addition to the incredible views from sunrise to sunset, we enjoyed the beautiful pool, fishing and crabbing from the dock, fabulous nearby beach and restaurants, a memorable "Pirate Adventure" and all of the activities at the boardwalk in Point Pleasant. We can't thank Joe and his wife enough for their concern and attention to every detail to make our vacation so special. Their immediate response to any question or concern was very much appreciated. Summary: Had an amazing time this past week with my extended family (4 generations). There were 20 of us and there was plenty of room. The boat lift made it really easy for my brothers to get their boat in and out of the bay. They were able to waterski right behind the house. Having the linens included was very convenient. Everything was really clean! We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and bay so much that we never even made it to the beach. The kids had a ball catching crabs off the dock and kayaking up and down the bay. Joe was a pleasure to deal with and made us feel right at home! Would definitely recommend this house to anyone that wants to have a fun, relaxing family vacation!
