The pretty villa with a unique flair is close to the Steenberg Golf Estate. It includes a large living/TV room, a lovely kitchen equipped with modern and high-quality appliances in an open-plan design to the dining room, and 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, all on the basement floor. The master bedroom is equipped with a large French bed (king size, 184cm wide), a dressing room with a dressing table and a small safe and the ensuite bathroom has a long bathtub and a separate shower cubicle. The second bathroom only has a shower cubicle. All furniture is new or in excellent condition. Between the garage and the dining room is a multifunctional utility room (with an adjoining laundry room).
The third bedroom is on the upper floor. It has 2 single beds, an anteroom with a sofa bed (available for an extra charge), and another bathroom.
