Summary: This is a perfect and beautiful apartment that is convenient to any place you want to go. Matt was a joy to work with and his communication was great. I will definitely see if this little getaway is available the next time I come to Parker. My husband and I loved being in a home like setting instead of a hotel. Kim & Bob

Summary: This was a wonderful experience in renting away from home. Everything you could need was there and amenities provided above and beyond what was necessary, even a dish of candy of which I ate all the snickers! Very quiet, loved the sounds of birds including an owl greeting me the first night. Step outside and have a beautiful view of the mountains and very close to everything you need and easy access to all the Denver area has to offer. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and the owners were great! They checked to see that we didn't need anything and were very personable. I highly recommend staying here and definitely hope to stay here again in the future when visiting the Denver area and seeing family, hopefully in a different season to enjoy all that is there. Definitely a 5 star place!

Summary: It is a beautiful property that Shauna and Mario share with their guests. They are very friendly and accommodating. The property is close to shopping and a trailhead for walking or hiking. The apartment is very comfortable and beautifully decorated. It was a great place for us to stay while visiting our children and grandchildren. We hope to return.

Summary: I was in town for an internship and stayed for 10 weeks while working full time. Shauna and Mario were excellent, friendly hosts and provided a clean, quiet, and well furnished area for my use. Several times they invited me upstairs to their portion of the house to enjoy dinner prepared by Mario (and thanks to his work at a local restaurant, is excellent as well). Shauna and Mario even invited me to meet their grandkids and spend part of a day on a Saturday with them while I was there, but were never pushy and understood when I did decline due to other plans from time to time. The space itself is small, but well represented in the pictures on the listing. It was just the right amount of space for a single traveler or a couple, but would be a stretch for much more than that. The living room is very comfy with recliners, a couch, an electric fireplace, and a TV; the kitchen is well furnished with updated appliances and basic seasonings and groceries; and the bedroom is fitted with a large bed and multiple sets of linens to meet your preferences. I had a great time at Shauna and Mario's house while I was in the Denver area, the location is very well placed for access to Denver, Colorado Springs, Rocky Mountain National Park, or other surrounding areas. I would absolutely recommend this apartment to any small group interested, and while I don't expect to be back in Denver any time soon, I would jump at the opportunity to stay here again!

Summary: This beautiful apartment was everything as pictured and more. Shauna's artistic decorating provides comfort and ambience. She stocked the kitchen with all the extras to get us started until we could shop for ourselves. The recliners and HD TV made us feel right at home. The large kitchen with granite tops and quality appliances plus the easy access to a quality grocery store made us want to eat in even though there were plenty of good restaurants nearby. The most special thing of our stay was spending time with our hosts. Shauna and Mario saw to our every need. We hope to return to visit them and this wonderful property any time we visit in the Denver area.
