Come and experience a wonderful stay at this amazing and fully renovated retreat on 13 acres of lakefront area! The forested entrance is where you can see little deer passing by. Park in the driveway in front of the house and admire the rock cliff where in springtime water flows out of the rock. This apartment is two and a half miles from Starkey Marina, 12.4 miles from Eureka Springs, and 36.8 miles from Bentonville. You will have access to boat rentals, fishing, the best motorcycle riding in the Midwest, historical Eureka Springs, and modern Bentonville where you can cycle with the kids (easy bike rentals), the best mountain biking in the USA, and cultural Crystal Bridge Museum.
You will find a 100% renovated home away from home with a new kitchen, bathroom, laundry, and bedroom. This is a lower-level apartment with a private entrance and easy access. Use any of the four paddleboards available with life vests included, walk down to the water, and enjoy fishing (get a license), paddleboarding, sunbathing, or simply jumping in the water. There is a mudroom that can store all your outdoor gear!
Sunset watching by the water is unique. Kick back and go off the grid while reconnecting with nature. Sit and read under the shade of a tree or enjoy the sun, if you want more privacy, you can always take one of the portable chairs and sit by the lake, in the forest, or by the front entrance, where you can hear the trees moving with the wind.
