You won't believe the magnificent transformation of this luxury villa. Fully-stocked chef's kitchen with granite countertops and new appliances, updated bathroom, new floors, new furniture, and upgrades galore!
We are located right next door to Sea Pines Center (location of Truffles, Giuseppi's Pizza and the Farmer's Market), 1/3 mile from Harbour Town and a 10 minute bike ride to the new Beach Club.
Enjoy a short walk to the Harbour Town Bakery for breakfast or for to the Harbour Town Marina for dinner and perhaps a Gregg Russell show!
Rent bikes next door at Sea Pines Center (at the Peddling Pelican) to take advantage of the best bike paths on the island. Or, stop in on a Tuesday to take advantage of the weekly farmers market and craft show.
This villa has one bedroom, but sleeps five with a Master bedroom king sized-bed for two, and both a sleeper sofa and a Murphy bed in the living room. So it's perfect for either a couple or a family. There are televisions in both the master and the living room.
This top-floor luxury villa with vaulted ceilings boasts a unique South Carolina view of moss-covered oaks overlooking an alligator-inhabited lagoon.
Lighthouse Tennis also features its own private pool with guest bathrooms and private tennis courts just for Lighthouse Tennis guests and owners. The pool typically opens each year during the first week of April. Our villa is in the building closest to the tennis courts and not much farther from the pool.

No smoking and no pets please (our daughter has asthma so no exceptions).
Monthly rentals considered and are offered a 35% discount. Out of fairness to past, present, and future guests, we are unable to negotiate rates. However, we do offer monthly rates.
During the high seasons (which are indicated by the 7 night minimum) we only rent Saturday-Saturday.
Please note that the unit has regular pest control servicing the first Tuesday of every month. They should knock and provide a response time before entering the unit.
Also note that should you need one or both of the pull out beds, you should request those at the time of booking so that linens can be provided for those beds.
Sea Pines has updated their car pass policy and guests can no longer pay for them in advance and pick them up at the welcome center. Therefore, we will no longer charge for these in the rental costs. You can purchase a weekly pass at the Sea Pines gate for $22 when you arrive.

Summary: Harbor Town in Sea Pines is the place to stay in our estimation as being long time HHI vacationers! This rental did not disappoint! Easily found with ample parking and beautiful view on back deck overlooking the lagoon with gorgeous hanging Spanish moss! I spent a quiet time each morning reading out there. Yes we saw an alligator 🐊 first day. Nicely furnished with lovely kitchen and huge ceramic shower. Master bedroom is very spacious and nicely decorated. We really loved the huge walk-in closet. We put everything in there so the place stayed uncluttered. If feels larger than the sq. Footage shows. There were games in the front closet, sand toys and kitchen well stocked. There is a keurig too not listed in amenities. The most impressive thing I think though was the way Jenny got back to me almost immediately every time I contacted her even about little things. I really appreciated that and the welcome basket with so many different snack items and even wine! We will definitely be back because we could just ride our bikes less than 3 minutes to Sea Pines Center for the trolley to beach, Harbor Town, South Beach where Salty Dog is and more places. Several nice restaurants are there too! Very nice pool as well! Thanks so much! The Culvers

Summary: I can’t say enough about how amazing this place is. The condo itself is perfectly renovated, clean and stocked with everything you could want. I loved the extra touches - the welcome basket, puzzles and games were all added bonuses. The location is perfect - a short walk to Harbortown and several restaurants. I only wish we would have booked a longer stay. We’ll definitely be back!

Summary: This condo was perfect! Jenny has thought of everything! She is so organized and very easy to communicate with! Sitting out on the porch early morning was wonderful! Explored many of the bike trails and beaches during our stay, but it was a blast riding bikes ON the beach at low tide! Something Michiganders can’t really do! You will not be disappointed with this condo!!
