Summary: Place was nice but a bit too cozy.(SMALL basement area so be prepared for stairs.) No room to hangout as there is no living room area. I was too excited to find king beds that I guess I missed that detail. We couldn’t control the AC temp so it was rather warm for a bit. Turns out the temp is controlled by tenant on main floor of house. Couldn’t use the dryer as it only stayed on for 10min at a time. That was frustrating. Host was great. Not sure why I had to pay such a high cleaning fee though. Cleaning crew literally had very little to do. Overall, not bad but I wouldn’t stay there again.
