Summary: We loved the house and had a lot of fun there. Just some suggestions for easier communication and finding the house. 1. Put house number and contact number on website. 2. Tell renters not to turn on 208 before you get to the house. It was hard to turn around on that narrow road. 3. Please trim bushes so it is safer entering the highway from the driveway.

Summary: I booked this property for a girl's trip with my mom, 13 yo daughter and 3 nieces who are 16. It was plenty of space for all of us. There is only 1 bathroom, but we made it work. The decor is adorable. The location is fantastic, feels secluded but it's still very close to eureka springs and all the fun stuff in the area.

Summary: I can’t say enough good things about the Gypsy House! We came to ES for a girls trip and as soon as we walked into the house we knew it was going to be the perfect home base for our weekend. Close to downtown Eureka Springs (15 minute drive) but far enough out of town to feel like you’re in a secluded area. Every detail made our stay more enjoyable: skee ball - check, disco ball - check, bright and cheery decor - check, gorgeous view from the back deck - triple check. We especially enjoyed our coffee in the morning watching the sun rise over the hills and trees from the deck. The house is well appointed and had everything we needed and more! You won’t regret booking this house for your first or next visit to Eureka Springs - we can’t wait to come back!
