Summary: The location of this lodge was good. The hotel was fine however, the spa located inside of the room did not work. Also both guest had several bites on them the next day and don't know what from. It was ok to lay our heads for the night but nothing spectacular. The clerk at check in was very friendly and processed quickly.

Summary: Very nice older property that gave reasonable prices. The little muffins for a breakfast option was pretty meager in our day of breakfast offerings of other providers.

Summary: Wonderful stay right in the middle of Eureka Springs, one of the cleanest rooms we’ve ever stayed in. Staff was friendly and our housekeeper Vilma did a wonderful job. Highly recommend Osage Creek Lodge.

Summary: Didn’t seem like much on the outside but the room was clean and comfortable. Staff was super friendly at check in. GREAT pool area, lots of families planing games too. Super cute. Safe. Outdated bedding but clean.same for bathroom. Great mattress. Good value.

Summary: Great location and Friendly staff. The room is your standard hotel room, nothing too fancy. Beds were clean and comfy. It fit my 3 kids and I comfortably. The shower and toilet room was a bit smaller than what we've had in the past, but overall, it wasnt bad. The pool was the perfect temperature (heated) and went to 8 feet! The hot tub looked pretty nice and sits inside a gazebo room. They also had a couple of yard games (corn hold and connect 4) in the yard by the pool. It was the perfect place for us to stay and wind down after a very long drive. I would gladly stay there again.

Summary: I enjoyed my stay but the rates kept going up. They are ripping the tourists off. My first week was 588 the second was 675 and if I would have stayed another week it was going to be 802. I have travelled all over the United States and this has never happened before.

Summary: Our adjoining room would not open!! The front desk clerk went above and beyond when she couldn’t get maintenance to come fix it. She came armed with pliers and got that door open! Kudos to her! She understood how important it was to us!
