We're only minutes from Whitewater Amphitheater, New Braunfels, Schlitterbahn Waterpark and historic Gruene, Texas. Even though it is a quiet neighborhood, there is so much to do and amazing local food you can't pass up. Boat Ramp 5 is in the neighborhood just past the golf course. This newly constructed home feels incredibly spacious for being so cozy. High ceilings and lots of windows allow the natural light in as you lounge on the comfy couch, eat breakfast on the bar or sit at the table for dinner. This would be a great stay for a family or a group of friends enjoying the year round lake life or surrounding hill country. The fully stocked kitchen will delight the cook in your group.
