Downtown Fruita Location! Come experience the small town, mountain bike, community of Fruita, CO. Walk to nearby local favorites such as, Hot Tomato, Camilla's Cafe, and Copper Club Brewery. With a vision to restore an early 1900's hotel with a modern twist, we've created a modern funky vibe, while keeping historic elements in every unit. Old bones but modern amenities like extremely fast WIFI and mini split heating/cooling.
Funky, fresh, and vibrant design. This building was formally The White House Hotel and was one of the first Hotels in Fruita. We've kept as many of the original features of the building that we could while adding a modern design flare, with all the modern comforts. Original trim work lines the halls, the exposed brick coal shoot, original hotel doors were refurbished into closet barn sliding doors. Newly renovated and sparkling clean.

Summary: What a find! We loved this little apartment in Fruita. Practically brand new remodeled apartment with modern, yet slightly quirky elements with total bike and dog themed accents. Totally accommodating for our dogs with even a sound machine next to the bed to drown out any noises to startle the dogs at night. Extremely clean and comfortable with a great price point.

Summary: We were visiting our son and daughter in law who just moved to Grand Junction. Great location for us to stay..it was a straight shot to GJ. The process was simple for checking in. The unit was very clean and adorable. The outside seating was enjoyable as well. We would stay here again it was exactly what we needed for our stay.
