Positive: Staff were absolutely brilliant, they couldn’t have been more helpful, we were made to feel extremely welcome from the moment we walked in.
Negative: We found the pillows quite uncomfortable unfortunately. But the level of sleep was still good as the mattress was very comfortable.
Summary: Fantastic building, great vibe, amazing staff.

Positive: Location was great right on the high street, the beds were so comfy and the rooms are soo lavish and luxurious. In such a such a stunning building. We Would definitely go back again.we also had dinner in the restaurant which was so delicious.
