3 Bedroom House in Empire, Buras
Walk to Delta Marina from this camp! We are located only a quarter mile from the marina with boat launch, bait, fuel, fish cleaning station, and Bar & Grill, less than a mile from a Dollar General, and in walking distance of a playground & church.
We are located 24 minutes south of the Global Venture LNG Project and open to all inclusive monthly rentals.
Our favorite perks of this camp are the covered boat parking with electricity, fast wifi, and reclining sofas after a day on the water.
3 Bedroom, 2 bathroom trailer with washer & dryer in laundry room. The living room has two oversized couches with 4 reclining seats, a large flat screen tv, and opens to the full-size, stocked kitchen with bar seating and dining room table (coming soon!) Outdoors is a large secure deck with propane grill.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and en suite bathroom with separate tub and shower. The middle room has a full size bed, and the back bedroom has 2 twin-over full bunk beds. This camp sleeps 10 comfortably.
You'll have the whole camp and outside area to yourself with plenty of parking for vehicles and boats/trailers.
Please do not open the back glass doors to the back patio or pick fruit from the trees outside. We try to stay on top of filling the propane bottles, but it is ultimately the guests responsibility to re-fill if they are empty.
Please clean your catch at the marina as there is nowhere to dispose of carcasses at this property.
