Summary: Perfectly located in an ideal setting, this typically French Gite had all we needed for our stay. During the heatwave the inside of the property was cool and inviting. The hosts were very friendly, we only wished that we spoke more French. The gifts of produce from their gardens was gratefully accepted and delicious, thankyou.

Summary: This is a unique little place on a working farm which may not be for anyone looking for luxury accommodation with lots of organised activities. We found everything spotlessly clean and in good working order. We particularly enjoyed the peace and being able to eat our meals outside on the patio. The French owners were very helpful and friendly when we saw them but not intrusive in any way and kindly left us little presents of fruit and vegetables on the outdoor table which was much appreciated. We would recommend this place if you enjoy peace and the countryside.

Summary: Built on the ground floor of a larger house the owners have supplied the tenant with just about every thing. From dish washer to hair dryer. Being on the ground floor the cottage is cool when the sun is blazing away. Then in the evening you get the benefit of it whilst sat on the veranda. Out side under the trees is a table to sit whilst having a bbq or just a glass of wine. Or you can sit in the veranda .The garden is large with chickens(Caged in a large pen). You have total privacy .The owners entrance is on the other side. They are very friendly but leave you to get on with your stay. If you can speak French they will happily have a chat. Location is great for many towns and villages. Set a mile from the Bergerac road in among the farm lands and vine yards. I would recomend it.
