Positive: Very clean and modern. Big living room and great equipment. Free parking in the street. Very quiet area and 10 minutes walking to the center of Singen.
Negative: Bed was too soft and noisy. Shower is super strange. You have to sit down in the bathtub because the ceiling is very low. Also the size of the bathroom is very small in proportion to the total area of the apartment. It makes no sense to have such a tiny bathroom in a huge apartment.
Summary: Very nice but a very strange bathtub

Positive: This house works with a door code and does not have a key. It was easy to find it as it is a bit away from the road. Our stay here was pleasant and the house is all you can need - it even had washing and drying machines. It is localed in a quiet neighbourhood and close to services and supermarkets (by car). I recommend this house and would come back without hesitation.
Negative: A minor things is the fact that the bathtub does not have a curtain and it has the ceiling very close. It is easy to hit it with your head. The main thing was the absence of a air conditioning device, maybe unneccessary during most of the year but these days very important.
Summary: A home just like your own - it had everything!

Positive: This is the newest house in Germany with underfloor heating. Best location close to downtown. Everything was perfect. If I come back to the area I would book here again

Positive: In short, good value for money. I had seen a lot of comments about bathroom not so comfortable, but be reminded that you are not booking a 5 star hotel. It's a small apartment at a very reasonable cost. So, in terms of overall facilities, including bathroom, it's very decent with the amount that you pay.
Negative: Overall, the apartment is above satisfactory. Despite its small size, the bathroom still accommodates showering. However, my little concern lies in the abundance of somewhat sharp edges on tables, the kitchen counter, and cabinets (it's not razor sharp, but still edgy). I recommend the owner to consider installing covers for these edges. Nevertheless, the situation is manageable, and one can still comfortably stay in the apartment.
Summary: Good value for money, highly recommended
