Summary: Check in was flawless. The key to the room was given and we were shown to our room. The furniture and structure of the place was in good condition but unfortunately seemed like cleaning was not the owner's priority. Breakfast options were good and was served about 30 minutes after our requested time. We were in no rush so suited us just fine. We suspect the owner smokes so there is a small hint of cigarettes but nothing terrible. Overall, the price says it all if you compare to anywhere else in the area.

Summary: The property is very well maintained / renovated. The host is very nice. The room is big and quiet, air conditioning and wifi worked perfectly. We will definitely come back in the future.

Summary: Easy parking behind the property. Nice bedroom but with noisy air conditionner. Lovely homemade breakfast to order. The garden could do with some work. Did not have access to the room until 5pm. Fortunately, only had to wait 15 minutes. It was our first time in Quebec en Venise and we enjoyed the town.
