Positive: It has kitchen. It’s clean. No problem with parking there
Negative: It was cold there. They provide you with tiny electric heater which is not enough for the apartment with wooden windows. Bathroom was very cold. Apartment was not even pre-heated. But that’s December’s story. Also you will be asked to take out your trash.

Positive: The apartment is conveniently located near main streets but is still very quiet. There are lots of restaurants and museums nearby, too. It's clean and has a comfy bed, well-stocked kitchenette (with coffee!), and a really nice TV area. There was street parking right in front of the building, but you can also park in back. The Wi-Fi was fast, and the owners were easy to contact. I would definitely stay here again if I go to Richmond.

Positive: The location was great but arriving at night made it hard to figure out where to park. If I was attending a college event and didn't need much quiet it would be a good place to stay with a small group of friends.
Negative: The refrigerator froze the dinner I had planned to eat in the fridge, eliminating the benefit of staying in a place rather than a hotel. The bed was very high and uncomfortable (my back hurt each morning), and there was a rock band playing next door until 11 pm on Saturday, and it was very loud inside the property. While I realize it is (barely) legal under the noise ordinance, I was attending an extremely demanding training course and needed quiet. I was unfamiliar with Richmond and didn't realize the potential for loud noise.
